Health officials in the state of Massachusetts recently disclosed that there are now 34 confirmed cases of swine flu in the Commonwealth. Of these 18 are detected on children and 3 of the cases involve hospitalization. While the number may seem big, Governor Deval Patrick stated that this is lower than the number of cases the state deals with during flu season.
