1. Boxer?s Punch Dumbbell Squat
Hold 2 dumbbells in each hand at any weight you desire (5lbs is suggested). Then throw 32 punches total with left then right. Afterwards stand with feet shoulder width apart and bend the hips by lowering the body into a squat position. The thighs must be parallel to the floor and then push back up to do 16 squats. Execute the exercises only once each.
