Group Fitness and Exercise programs can be an awesome way to stay fit and keep you on track to reaching your health and fitness goals.

A typical Group fitness class may include some body weight exercise, circuit training, fitness boxing or all of the above.

When I run my group fitness classes in Sydney I try to administer a balanced workout for the participants.

A balanced workout requires consideration of the participants strengths and weaknesses, the addressing of muscular length /tension balance , and exercises that address the different energy systems as well as skill acquisition and flexibility.
